Reservation request form

If you send a reservation request, we receive your name, your WhatsApp number, your email (optional), the vehicle and dates requested, the pickup location and your notes.

This data is used to answer your request and prepare your booking.

Where your data is stored

Requests are saved in our database, hosted by Supabase (servers in the United States).

Each request is also reported to us by a notification email sent through the Resend service, which contains the request information.

The website is hosted by Vercel.

Third-party services

When you type the pickup location in the form, the text you type is sent to the Photon address search service (Komoot) to suggest results.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to the site.

By default, everything is refused: no data is sent to Google until you click “Accept”. If you decline, no data is sent to Google Analytics and no measurement cookie is set.

If you accept, Google Analytics measures page views and two actions: clicking a WhatsApp button and submitting a reservation request. These measurements contain no personal data (no name, phone or email). Advertising cookies stay disabled.

Your choice is remembered on your device. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

The internal administration panel is never tracked.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and the business relationship.

You can write to us at contact@ivjrentcar.com to ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion.
