Rental conditions

Driver

The driver must be at least 25 years old for cars and 16 for quads.

Documents: a valid driver's license and an ID document.

Security deposit

Deposit amounts are in US dollars (US$).

• Kia Seltos: US$1,000
• Other car models: US$500
• Quads: US$300

For the scooter, the deposit amount is confirmed before booking.

Rates

Rates are in US dollars (US$) and depend on the rental length. They are on the Fleet and rates page.

Payment

Card payments are accepted.

Insurance

Basic insurance is included in the rental. Full insurance is available on request.

For the details of the insurance, the conditions are provided before the booking is confirmed.

Vehicle pickup

The vehicle is handed over at our office: Plaza Italia #22, Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte, Las Terrenas, R.D.

We do not have a desk at the airport.

Mileage and fuel

Mileage is unlimited.

The vehicle must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a US$10 surcharge is charged.

Late return

A return more than 2 hours late results in an extra rental day being charged.

Damage

If the vehicle is damaged, part of the security deposit is withheld.

Cancellation

Any cancellation made at least 2 months before the start of the rental entitles you to a refund of the down payment, minus a penalty of 20% of the down payment. Bank fees for the refund are borne by the customer.

For a cancellation made less than 2 months before the start, the conditions are provided before the booking is confirmed.
